Convention for the express purpose of mandatory phased-in term limits for US
Senate, US House, and Supreme Court Justices.
We the People believe that the results of a two-term President
Constitutional Amendment was a wise move by The People of the USA. If not,
we might have had to suffer longer under the regimes of permanent US
Presidents since its effective date.
