Cathy Heyworth Harris is an
eight-year resident of Southwest Florida.
She was born, raised, and lived in Alaska for 43 years. A former City
Councilwoman, she served a three-year term on the Homer City Council.

In 1991 she was appointed
by President H. W. Bush to the
Cook Inlet Regional Citizen's Advisory Council following the 1989 T/V Exxon Valdez
oil spill.
She helped Petition and win Proposition 3, to build an
LNG natural gas pipeline within Alaska, which was created through Citizen's
Petition Initiative and is now Alaska
State law.

She worked on Governor Sarah Palin
's 1996 election campaign and since 1991, has been working with the
Governor's energy policy plans regarding a natural gas pipeline for Alaska
and America.
